Huh?

Ok, FIRST, you have to know what SOIL is:

Sphere
Of
Influence
Leverage

THEN, you have to understand what the heck a SOIL Structure is. Pretty simple really. It's a CONTAINER MECHANISM or SEPARATE and DISTINCT tool, asset, software, web site, etc that manages an organizational structure (eg. an MLM downline)

Ok, so what's this INTEGRITY thing? Database integrity or something? Nope.

The Integrity part of SSI comes into play when you LEVERAGE your existing organizational structure by ENGAGING your structure (organization) in a NEW venture. Whether or not you even bother (most don't) with or attempt to retain that existing relationship structure says EVERYTHING about you, your philosophy, your ethics - as a Professional Direct Networker.

The answer? It's about as simple and painless as the concept is the direct opposite! (obtuse and tough to grasp)

You can almost reduce it down to ONE SCRIPT - perhaps an ANALOGY is in order here. You are a forum op (someone who designs, deploys, and promotes a forum). You want to start a new, related forum, but you want to use DIFFERENT software - so you employ a forum conversion script - which IMPORTS your entire memberbase in the old forum, into the new forum software (think of the old forum as your EXISTING SOIL STRUCTURE and the new forum as that tempting new oppty you've been DYING to show your organization for awhile now but have yet to pull the trigger)

The moral here? RETAIN THE RELATIONSHIP STRUCTURE!! It takes a bit more work, and may cost you a little (however scripts are dirt cheap these days), but the long-term reputation you gain when you RETAIN your organizational structure's integrity upon the adoption of new business models is, as the mastercard ads say, PRICELESS!
